Civil War trailer 2: Marvel’s Spider-man revealed

As promised Marvel dropped the second trailer for Captain America Civil Warm this trailer was long rumored to be the one to finally introduce the ever popular web swinging, friendly neighborhood Spider-man (Tom Holland) into the Marvel cinematic universe.Lo and be-hold, right at the end of the trailer we get to see the web head in action as he disarms Captain America of his shield (making for one cool final money shot). So the long reported rumor of Spider-man being on Team iron and fighting Captain America, looks like it was bang on the money.

This trailer gives us a little more insight into the characters motivation; with the first trailer, I think it was pretty easy to be drawn more to Caps team. However now the line seems more blurred than ever with both sides having hat seems to be equal footing and reasoning. We also get to see a little more of Black Panther and Ant-Man in this trailer. With the former we get an extension of that chase scene between Panther and Bucky from the first trailer, it also appears that Black Panther’s suite will be bullet proof (likely due to the vibranium of which it’s made from), as he shrugs off rounds , fired from an on-coming helicopter. Ant-Man on the other hand pays homage to a classic comic book moment as he rides one of Hawkeye’s arrows, slipping past iron man’s fingertips. The Scarlet Witch also gets her moment, subduing the Vision (so it looks like team Cap won’t be as under powered as it first seemed). There was also another big moment from the comics which featured in the trailer; the super hero jail, which is now based under water.

Finally just at the last moment we get to see Spider-man, summoned by Iron-Man, he snags Cap’s shield, in what makes for one Ballsy first entrance into the Marvel universe.

AND CHECK OUT THEM EYES!? This is definitely the most comics accurate Spider yet, with what I think are telescoping lenses (though your guess is as good as mine). With Spider-man now on the team this, is set ton be the biggest Marvel ensemble yet. Incidentally we still have not seen much of the villain Baron Zemo (Daniel Brühl) and returning villain Crossbones (Daniel Brühl), who may or may not be the ones real behind the superhero Civil War. Regardless with the Russo Brother taking up the helm of director once more, I think we are set for one of Marvels best movies yet.

At first I wasn’t a fan of the costume but now I actually quite like it. The spider logo could’ve been bigger though.

Yeah I agree, the one on the back is big though which is a plus. There is definitely a retro theme to this costume that is growing on me.

It’s just good to see him in the MCU as well. Also, Ant-Man riding Hawkeye’s arrow? So sick!
